Wener Parking Tower in Guishan is newly opened, and Eslite and E-life Mall are going to be stationed to meet the needs of parking and living

 

Taoyuan Mayor Cheng Wen-Tsan went to Guishan District on this afternoon (6th May) and attended the “Completion and Opening Ceremony of the Wener Parking Tower.” He mentioned that the Wener Parking Tower is a distinctive parking lot with high compatibility. Not only has YouBike public bicycle station been opened, but also multi-objective stores will be set up on the first floor. In the future, the two leading book and technology store brands, “Eslite Me-time” covering an area of 130 pings and “E-life Mall” covering 250 pings, will also settle in, providing diversified services, such as cultural and creative, supermarket, catering, technology, household appliances, electronic product, and others.  

 

Mayor Cheng pointed out that after the upgrade of the city, the city government has increased the supply of parking areas in a variety of methods, including building parking towers and parking lots, rewarding private enterprises for building parking lots, revitalizing old parking lots, building social housing and BOT parking lots, etc. Over the past seven years, about 31,000 parking spaces have been set up. 20 parking towers have been built, of which 16 are subsidized by the Ministry of Communication under the forward-looking infrastructure plan, with a total of 2.284 billion NTD. The plan has been the largest parking lot construction project in the history of Taoyuan.

 

Wener Parking Tower functions diversely. It not only puts effort into designing friendly signs in the parking space, but the parking management equipment also adopts intelligent facilities such as license plate recognition, guidance display of layers and partitions, green energy charging stations, etc. In terms of parking fee payment methods, e-tickets, mobile payment, credit card, and mobile online payment are available. Moreover, the Parking Tower also integrates the pavement of public sidewalks and introduces natural light and fresh air into the building. The perforated panels on the exterior wall present different looks with the change of sunlight and LED lights at night. It is believed that the Parking Tower that renders different styles in the morning and at night will become a new landmark in Guishan.
