It also supervises land administration agents and Real Estate Appraisers. Aside from guaranteeing people’s property rights, the department also strengthens cadasters management, and ensures land rights. At the same time, it is in coordination with national construction and economic projects, continuously processing development projects, plans and land adjustments in industrial areas. Its goal is to improve land use structure, accelerate effective use of land resources, enrich construction development in Taoyuan County, as well as to continually boost land use and development in Taoyuan County.

In order to accomplish the goal of the digitalization of Taoyuan County’s cities, the department has adopted modern information technology in e-land administration. In addition to information storage and value-added use, the department continuously promotes and creates more innovative and convenient services.
