Taoyuan County has been developing rapidly in recent years. With the constant inflow of non-native population, the county government has been earnestly cleaving roads, establishing new schools, cleaning the rivers, and setting up sports parks and art galleries. Through these considerate public constructions, the government hopes to facilitate the life of all residents in Taoyuan.

At this stage, our county government team has further drawn up major Infrastructures such as Taoyuan aerotropolis and metropolitan transit system to bring along another wave of prosperity. Meanwhile we will set up labor care centers to help labors with job finding and lower the unemployment rate. 

Taoyuan is our home where we treat its people as our family. The county government must not only treat the its people as family members, but also create a harmonious society with "love and harmony". To encourage the public to do goods and share love with others, we need to establish an integrated platform for our care to reach those who are in need. We also care for the sustainability of the earth, aiming to unceasingly nourish the land in Taoyuan.

In the future, the public's well being will be the priority for each policy made by the county government. To allow people to live and work peacefully, any issue that might impact public life will be rigorously scrutinized. Culture and art can potentially enrich life and cultivate one's minds; the county government will hold relevant activities regularly to enhance the public's spiritual life. To broaden their horizons, we will urge students to learn English since grade 1 in elementary school, which should significantly help to bring up a more competitive new generation. 

The administration of county government needs to be all-around minded and see the big picture as whole. We respect public thoughts and opinions, remain upright and assiduous in all government affairs, and show our infinite care for humanities and environment. Our care for the people, environment, and economics should lead Taoyaun to shine in the international arena. This is the way to make Taoyuan one of the most lovable city not only in Taiwan, but also internationally.
